Manensin2next Signs a Strategic Agreement with Provenant to Accelerate the Adoption of the Digital Product Passport in Italy

Manensin2next, an innovative startup based in Bari focused on the digitalization of the construction value chain — backed by Manens S.p.A., a leading company in design and construction management, and in2it S.r.l., with over 25 years of experience in AECO sector digitalization — announces the signing of a strategic agreement with Provenant, a European company specializing in the development of Digital Product Passport (DPP) solutions.

The DPP, introduced under the European ESPR regulation (Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation), is a key tool to ensure traceability, sustainability, and regulatory compliance of products placed on the European market. The regulation, in force since July 18, 2024, mandates the progressive adoption of Digital Product Passports between 2026 and 2030, starting from high-impact sectors such as construction.

Under the agreement, manensin2next takes on the role of reseller and implementation partner of the Provenant platform, having structured an integrated offering that combines technology, consulting, and operational support. Specifically, the startup will provide:

• Commercialization of the Provenant DPP platform in the Italian market
• Strategic and regulatory advisory on ESPR and compliance requirements
• Technical implementation and integration with BIM, CDE, and openDBL systems
• Data governance and structuring of product information
• Support for public tenders and construction supervision (DL) with DPP-ready solutions
