How Is Pricing Calculated?

Our pricing tiers are based according to the scale of your business and scope of your DPP needs. Smaller organisations focused on mandatory compliance only will be satisfied with our Compact tier; while larger organisations and those looking for value-creating features will find that the Standard and Professional tiers meet their needs better.

Along with the features outlined, each tier contains a fixed quota for number of DPPs at each granularity level (Model, Batch, Item) but can be exceeded at the cost of an Overage charge. This Overage charge is valuable for clients that are slightly over the limit but don't want to move into a higher tier. Get in touch with our team to learn more.

How Do I Get Started?

Is there a Trial or Pilot Option Available?

Yes — our Pilot tier is a low-cost way to explore the platform and validate your DPP approach.

How Long Does Onboarding Take?

Onboarding and setup is a process including several parts including platform preparation and training, data collection, data migration, and operational integration. Each of these parts contains variables that make it difficult to make a generic estimate, especially if your product data is not yet collected. A typical company with 100 products and data collected and ready should plan for 3 months of training and onboarding. Do All Plans Include API Access and Integrations?

Yes — all plans include API access. You can use our native integrations, integrate with your existing systems via the API functionality, or we can support custom integrations at an additional cost.

Do you Have Existing Integrations with Platforms That Hold Product Data?

Yes, we are currently integrated with bAwear for textiles LCA, Salsify for PLM, ProductsUp for e-commerce data and working on several more. Contact us for more information about integrations with your product data platforms.
