Amsterdam, 17th August 2026: Provenant is pleased to announce that it has joined the GS1 Netherlands Partner Programme, becoming part of the broader GS1 ecosystem. The partnership marks a step forward in Provenant's ongoing work to align its Digital Product Passport (DPP) platform with globally recognised data standards, as demand grows for transparent, trustworthy product information.
GS1 standards, including globally recognised product identifiers and data structures, form a critical foundation for interoperable Digital Product Passports. As regulatory requirements and market expectations around product transparency continue to evolve, standardisation is becoming increasingly central to how brands and manufacturers manage and share product data at scale.
